In April of 2008 the owners of Joneses International retired from the business they grew and loved for 35 years. My husband and I always admired them, their company and their products and enthusiastically bought the assets to Joneses International and created Abaca International.

Abaca Comes from the name of the Philippine sustainable plant from which many of our products are made. We love the fact that the products are earth-friendly, have limitless possibilities—and we think you will agree—just plain cool!

Our goals for Abaca International are:

Abaca International presents a collection of eco-friendly packaging products, gifts, accessories, handcrafted from a variety of organic material and natural fibers. Our environmentally friendly products are designed for maximum versatility in all your gift, accessory, and packaging needs. We use recycled paper and organic materials such as sinamay, jute (also known as hessian or burlap), and sea grass in the manufacturing of our eco products.

We are committed to the preservation of our environment and it’s natural resources. Our concept is to blend fashion, style and eco-friendly products into an affordable product for our customers.
